Most of our landscape installs start with a plan, either one we develop with you or one from your landscape designer. We work alongside a number of professional designers in the Triangle and regularly build their plans.
Good planting starts below the surface. We prepare soil and grade properly before anything goes in the ground, so new plantings establish and last.

Do you design the landscape or just install it?
Both. We can develop a plan with you directly, or work alongside a professional landscape designer. We partner with several designers in the Triangle and regularly build their plans.
Can you replace an existing, outdated landscape?
Yes. Many of our projects are full or partial renovations, taking out tired original builder plantings and replacing them with a landscape that matches the quality of the home.
Who maintains the landscape after it’s installed?
Edge Effect Landscapes’ maintenance team, led by Todd Whaley, offers ongoing care so your new landscape is looked after by the same company that built it.
